  • Scoping Your JTDB Project: We’ll go over the steps in setting up a JTBD research project, including creating a discussion guide. 
  • Conducting Interviews: You’ll learn about techniques for conducting JTBD interviews and get a chance to practice. 
  • Analyzing the Data: We’ll cover the fundamentals of formulating job and outcome statements, as well a practice analysis the JTBD way. 
  • Finding Opportunities: You’ll learn how to create a job map and spot unique opportunities for innovation from one.
